We’ve been revolutionary since LH was born in 2003, in an isolated attic in the depths of the countryside, to where we are now in the heart of the City and well on our way to hit The Fast Track 100 in 2012. Every recruitment consultancy says they are different and they are. So are we, we’re not the same as the rest of them, not at all. The difference here in comparison to the difference with the rest, is that we have fun. I walked into the office this morning and it had been transformed into a Las Vegas casino! In honour of an upcoming company trip to the City of Lights.
The supportive environment is what makes us so successful, we are mates rather than colleagues and as such, have fun while getting the job done. We always have a bit of music playing in the office and anyone can be DJ for the day!
I started a couple of weeks ago and already feel like part of the LH gang. Our office in Bank is pretty awesome, with epic panoramic views over the City of London, fake grass on the floor and all the mod-cons - wireless phones and double PC screens.
Lawrence Harvey is going places…fast. We’ve doubled in size in the last year alone and have brought in a cracking team along the way. The people are what make Lawrence Harvey, it’s all about us.
While it is a fun environment to work in, we do have a seriously ambitious side – all new starters are put through the Lawrence Harvey Consultant Training Academy where they will learn everything they need to know about our game.
If you have the right mind-set you can earn a lot of money in the recruitment industry, six figures are easily within reach in a couple of years and most people walk away with well over £50k in their first year, irrespective of age. With this comes a very fast career path where excellence is notably rewarded and career progression as a natural result of what you put in.
